CORFU. The man was rescued without serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to the hospital for precautionary examinations
A man was rescued on Sunday night from rough terrain in Kontogialos, where he was found in a small ravine with brambles. According to reports, the individual was working for a construction company carrying out work nearby. For reasons still unknown, he fell into the ravine.
The Fire Department arrived at the scene with three vehicles, along with the EMODE (Special Disaster Response Unit) and police. The man was rescued without serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to the hospital for precautionary examinations.
