A 112 message warning the public about severe weather conditions, locally strong in the areas of the Ionian Islands, Aitoliacarnania, Achaia, and Ilia until the evening, was sent on Thursday morning via mobile phone by the Civil Protection Service. The severe weather conditions will last until the early evening hours tonight. Members of the public are urged to avoid travel and follow the authorities' instructions.
