CORFU. Crews from DEYAK and the Municipal Technical Services were working on the airport road yesterday with the assistance of the police.
Every time it rains the road leading to the airport turns into a lake.
While carrying out work yesterday, Deputy Mayor for Technical Services Nikos Kalogeros and DEYAK personnel discovered that tree roots had broken through the pipes and blocked the drains. Work is continuing today.
