DEYAK informs residents of the town and its suburbs of a scheduled water supply outage due to planned maintenance and infrastructure upgrade works.
The details of the announcement are as follows:
Wednesday 21 October, from 09:00 to 14:00
Essential upgrade and modernisation works will be carried out on the electrical installation at the main water pumping station in the Chrysiida area.
The restoration of normal water supply across all areas of the town – particularly in higher-lying areas – may be further delayed due to the time required to refill the pipelines and remove air from the network.
DEYAK crews will make every effort to complete the works as quickly as possible and restore the water supply.
