CORFU. Corfu chefs Anastasios and Alexandros Andriotis won a silver medal in the 4th Hellenic ΄Greek Chef - Basket with unknown ingredients΄ competition.
The Corfu Chefs Club gave warm congratulations to its fellow chefs for bringing the silver medal in the 4th Hellenic ΄Greek Chef - Basket with unknown ingredients΄ competition to Corfu.
The culinary competition took place as part of the 6th EXPOTROF at the Olympic Fencing Centre in Athens 1 - 4 February. The main aim of the competition is to promote local products, the Greek cuisine and the Mediterranean Diet and participants were called upon to use their imagination and creativity in order to impress the judging panel of distinguished Greek chefs.
