Greek Gastronomy Ambassador Manos Makriyiannakis coming to Corfu

CORFU. Corfu Chefs΄ Club will have the honour and pleasure of welcoming Manos Makriyiannakis to Corfu.
The distinguished, award-winning chef is Greek Gastronomy Ambassador in Brussels and owner of the restaurant Philεma.
He will be giving a culinary seminar on 26 and 27 March at Starz Hall. On the first day he will prepare dishes exclusively from Corfu products. On the second day the chef will demonstrate how he has contrived to prepare Greek dishes in Brussels where there is difficulty in obtaining Greek products.
The seminar is the start of a collaboration which will begin in Corfu but will continue in Brussels.
Those interested can register for the seminar daily between 13 and 23 March, 10:00 - 14:00 at the Club's office in Potamos. The cost is 20€ and places are limited.

Manos Makriyiannakis opened his restaurant Philεma (with a Greek 'ε') in Brussels in 2015. The restaurant has won many awards and the chef has spoken on Greek TV and has prepared meals for the European Parliament and several European Ambassadors.
