The Health Minister’s statement at the Ionian Islands Development Conference
CORFU. At the Regional Development Conference which is taking place in Corfu at the moment, the Minister of Health, Andreas Xanthos, announced that there would be important additions to medical and nursing personnel at the hospital.
“Our invitation to the Development Conference is just a token gesture.”
CORFU. The educational community΄s reaction to the Development Conference taking place in Corfu is unanimous and they have decided to protest together outside the hotel where the conference is going to be held on Wednesday 6th.

Corfu expecting a lot from regional meeting
CORFU.This was clearly stated by Corfu SYRIZA MP Kostas Pavlidis, at a press conference. "Waste management, water supply, road construction, health and education are the main prefectural issues that need to be discussed at the upcoming Development Conference on 4-5 December, which will be attended by the Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and Government Ministers.”
