Visit of Serbian War Veterans to Ionian Islands Regional Authority

CORFU. The visit took place as part of the ΄Greek-Serbian Friendship Days΄.
(Ionian Islands Regional Authority) On Saturday, May 3, a delegation of Serbian War Veterans paid a ceremonial visit to the Regional Unit of Corfu, accompanied by the Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Athens, Milica Pavlovic, as part of the "Greek-Serbian Friendship Days."
The delegation was received by the Deputy Regional Governor for Corfu, Alexandros Dimou, and the Deputy Regional Governor for Technical Works & Planning, Giorgos Mamalos, who welcomed the Serbian visitors, as well as the member of the Corfiot Association for Greek-Serbian Friendship, Nikos Bozikis, who accompanied them. They stressed the enduring bonds of friendship and solidarity that unite the two peoples.
The meeting took place in a warm and cordial atmosphere and included an exchange of commemorative gifts as a gesture of appreciation and respect. Those present agreed on the importance of preserving historical memory and strengthening cultural exchanges.
