Tons of water lost from burst pipe near airport

A reader contacted us to express their anger regarding a serious issue that has remained unresolved for many days in the area of the First Cemetery in Garitsa, near the airport.
Photos and video footage show that there is a problem with a pipe, causing a continuous water flow and resulting in a significant loss of water.
Enimerosi contacted the repair service on Wednesday evening and received the response that the maintenance crew would be notified the following morning (Thursday, March 6).
The ongoing water leakage has raised serious concerns, as it represents a needless waste of water at a time when proper water management is crucial.
Leaks have now become a major waste of a valuable natural resource, especially in a year when drought has worsened water reserve levels. DIADEYAK is urged to proceed immediately with the necessary repairs to stop the waste and address an issue that appears to be troubling the local community.
