CORFU. Internationally renowned chef Ivo Andrić gave a masterclass to College of Tourism students.
The 5th Corfu Food & Wine Festival began this morning, Thursday 25 May, with a masterclass in Serbian cuisine given by internationally renowned chef Ivo Andrić to College of Tourism students.
College director Athanasios Agriopoulos welcomed the Serbian delegation, commenting that it is his aim to train the students with recognised chefs and to increase the amount of participation of the college in the festival events.
Ivo Andrić is a consultant and judge for the World Association of Chefs Societies and a charismatic chef with over 30 years experience. He was invited to Corfu by the Corfu Food & Wine Festival and on Saturday evening he will introduce the public to Serbian cuisine.
