Incoming Mayor Meropi Ydraiou invites party leaders to meeting on Thursday

CORFU. The new Mayor for Central Corfu and the Diapontia Islands Meropi Ydraiou has invited the leaders of all the parties to a meeting on Thursday 13 June.
The aim of the meeting is to fulfil her committment of establishing a "new framework for cooperation, agreement and dialogue".
The meeting will take place at Faliraki Municipal Hall on Thursday 13 June at 11:00. Ms Ydraiou said that it will be "the first of many meetings for the same reason" and repeated her belief that "It is by coming together that we can make a difference, bring hope and improve the everyday life of residents."
She concluded by saying, "It is through dialogue on equal footing, without hegemonism and party politics that we can find what unites us and thus form a common plan of action."
