North Corfu is on high alert, as the severe weather has caused extensive damage and serious problems in many areas.
The heavy rainfall led to flooded roads and power outages in several locations. The most significant problems are recorded in the following areas:
Karousades: A building has collapsed, while the local Police Station has been cut off due to the conditions.

Kavalouri: The road remains closed due to landslides, making passage difficult.

Sidari: The main road has been flooded, creating serious difficulties for traffic.
The Fire Department, the North Corfu Civil Protection Service, and the Police are on full alert. Police are managing traffic on the affected roads, while the other services are working intensively to deal with the consequences, provide assistance to residents, and repair the damage.
