΄Old΄ Philharmonic Band in quarantine – three musicians test positive

CORFU. For this reason the Band will not make an appearance at next Sunday΄s event.
Covid-19 cases were found among the Fire Service and the 'Old' Philharmonic Band. According to information, the Philharmonic Band is in quarantine after three of its musicians were tested positive for Covid-19.
The Philharmonic Society immediately decided that the facilities and the musicians will be quarantined for ten days, as provided for in the protocols.
This is the reason why the Band will not make an appearance at next Sunday's event. It was supposed to collaborate with the Municipal Choir – which is where the information comes from – as part of the celebrations for the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution. As a result, only the Choir will perform at the concert accompanied by a piano.
As for the Fire Service, according to initial information, one man was diagnosed with Covid-19, but then it was found that it was four men. The Service is continuing to operate as usual. The four men are isolating at home and their close contacts are being tested.
