Ionian Islands one of the European areas with fewest Covid cases

Four Greek regions and southern Norway are shown to have the lowest Covid-19 positivity rates in Europe. The four regions are the Ionian Islands, Epirus, South Aegean and Crete.
The data was collated by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
The Ionian Islands is one of the five European regions which have such a low ratio of positive cases per 100,000 population - less than 4%.
