CORFU. One lane of the road had to be closed.
A telephone pole fell on the main road in Milia, Kinopiastes on Wednesday night. The fire department and the Benitses Police Department arrived at the scene after being informed by the community president of Kinopiastes, Dimitris Sourvinos, and removed it, as one lane of traffic has been blocked due to the fall. The OTE contractor also arrived at the scene to restore the fallen pole.
