Historical walk with ΄tiganites΄ in Kinopiastes

CORFU. For the anniversary of the end of the Ottoman siege in 1716.
The village of Kinopiastes will be celebrating the 306th anniversary of the end of the Ottoman siege on 11 August, 1716 with a guided walk taking in ten points of historical importance.
The walk is being organised by Kinopiates community on Wednesday 10 August, setting off at 19:00, with Andreas Mazarakis and Stefanos Poulimenos as guides.
At the end of the walk (at around 21:00) there were will be lots of free 'tiganites' for everyone!
The walk is being organised for the third time this year under the auspices of the Kinopiastes Community President with sponsorship and voluntary workers.
