Fire broke out in a house in Acharavi on Wednesday evening, October 30. Two fire engines and ten firefighters from the Acharavi Fire Department arrived at the scene, along with two water tankers from North Corfu Municipality. According to reports, the fire completely destroyed the floor where it started, but fortunately, no one was in danger. Inside the house were two children with their mother, but they managed to get out in time. No neighbouring buildings were at risk.
