"Art, Letters and Politics in Corfu Old Town"
CORFU. A walk designed by CulturePolis, as part of "European Heritage Days".
CulturePolis is participating in the "European Heritage Days", where this year the theme is "Exploring Routes, Networks, and Bonds in Cultural Heritage".
With a walk along the Cultural Route designed by our team: "Art, Letter and Politics in Corfu Old Town", we will follow the traces of the Venetians, the British and the Ionian Islanders.
The aim of the event is to connect the narratives of the past and create new bonds in the present for points of interest: San Giacomo Theatre, Mantzaros Philarmonic Society, Ionian Academy, Phoenix Theatre, Ionian Parliament, Ionian Banknote Museum.
At the same time, the 3D visualization of the points of interest will be utilized for more effective observation and interpretation. At the end of the walk, participants will have the opportunity to learn about new ways of recording narratives and evidence related to cultural heritage, with the active participation of individuals through the presentation of relevant projects by CulturePolis.
The event will take place on September 29 and will be conducted in Greek. Priority will be given to the participation of parents and children.
Start time: 17:30
