Capodistrias Museum open every day from 1st April
CORFU. The permanent exhibition offers the opportunity to learn about the life and work of Ioannis Capodistrias, the first Governor of Modern Greece, as well as his estate in Koukouritsa.
Members of the public will now have the opportunity to visit and admire the exhibits of the Capodistrias Museum daily (except Mondays and official holidays) from 10:00 to 16:00 in Koukouritsa, Evropoulo.
The permanent exhibition offers the opportunity to learn about the life and work of Ioannis Capodistrias, the first Governor of Modern Greece, as well as his estate in Koukouritsa in Evropoulo. The experience of the visit is enriched with audio guides and videos, while for young visitors, an exhibition "discovery game" is available.
Outdoor tour in the Museum's Garden
In addition, an outdoor tour is available for nature and history enthusiasts. Special signage boards, placed at various points in the garden, create a new outdoor route that connects the visitor with rich information about the history and character of the Koukouritsa estate, via QR/mobile.
The cafe in the Museum's Garden will be open daily from Lazarus Saturday, April 8, 2023.
