Repair of Potamos Bridge approved by Central Archaeological Council

CORFU. The Potamos Bridge was severely damaged during the ‘Ballos’ storm.
The Central Archaeological Council approved today the study for the repair of the Potamos Bridge, which was severely damaged during the ‘Ballos’ storm.
Corfu ND MP Stefanos Gikas made the following statement:
“Today the biggest bureaucratic obstacle for the repair of the Potamos Bridge, which suffered serious damage from the floods caused by the ‘Ballos’ storm, was overcome.
The Central Archaeological Council approved today the project study and the works to be made and, now, the Ionian Islands Region can proceed to repair the bridge.
I would like to thank the Secretary General for Culture Giorgos Didaskalos for his cooperation and contribution.”
