CORFU. It took firefighters an hour to rescue a cat trapped at the top of a tree.
The cat had somehow got itself stuck at the top of a tree in the pedestrian precinct of Evg. Voulgareos St.
After an hour of effort, firefighters were able to eventually rescue the cat to cries of "Bravo!" from the crowd that had gathered.
