CORFU. Back to school today in Corfu and the whole of Greece with the traditional priest΄s blessings.
Priests gave their blessings for the new school year, friends got together again and the little ones in their first year have now 'grown up'!
Mayor Meropi Ydraiou was at the 12th Primary School. "I hope the children can discover the joy of knowledge and take in that new knowledge in their own way, think freely and have their dreams," she said and wished them all a good and creative year.
