Museum of Maritime Tradition to open at Corfu Port

CORFU. A 2-day Corfu Port Authority meeting ended today which presented studies for the creation of a Museum of Maritime Tradition.
The museum is to be located next to the Corfu Port Authority building and visitors will be able to see exhibits of the island's old maritime tradition and shipwrights.
The project will be funded by the Greece-Italy MUSE programme - a bilateral programme of cross-border collaboration which is funded by by the EU through the European Regional Development Fund and national contributions from the two member states (Italy and Greece).
