CORFU. The Hellenic Rescue Team is organizing a First Aid training session with an internationally-recognized certificate from the European Resuscitation Council.
The training will take place on Saturday 30 March at the Team's office in the Corfu Port Authority building at the New Port.
The First Aid Training lasts approximately five hours (13:00 - 18:00) and is for anyone who wants to learn how to help someone in need until the ambulance arrives.
The training comprises the following sessions:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- How to deal with choking
- Lateral Recovery Position
The certificate awarded to participants is recognized internationally for three years.

Please note that due to the limited number of places available attendance will be on a first come first served basis.
