CORFU. He was remanded in custody with the agreement of both the magistrate and the prosecutor following his 2-hour appearance on Saturday morning.
The 52-year-old had confessed to killing his 29-year-old daughter in Corfu on New Year's Day. He was charged with first-degree murder.
He pleaded guilty to murder but not to the first-degree charge and, according to information, claims he was under extreme mental stress.
