CORFU. It΄s not the first time that the The Governor olive oil from Corfu is in the public spotlight.
Due to its exceptional quality and beneficial ingredients it is on sale in Harrods as a luxury product.
The Dafnis brothers, who have already won several awards, continue to strive for even better production methods.
Spyros Dafnis says that this year's production period couldn't have started better: "On Saturday 22 September, following the week that we have set aside over the last few years for experimental milling and sampling, the 2018 production period officially began.
We couldn't have imagined a better start in what is for us a symbolic year - combining it with the presentation of our Olive Mill on one of America's top channels.
NBC chose Greece, Corfu and The Governor in order to show viewers the nutritional treasure that has been produced here for centuries by our ancestors and for which we now have the responsibility to produce and promote.
'Welcome to our country and our island, for which the olive tree is a living symbol,' we said to them...
The rest will be seen on the TV screens... in any case, production is our priority at the moment!"
