Corfu Garden Festival 2026: A celebration of nature and culture

Now in its eighth year, the Corfu Garden Festival has become a well-established event celebrating the island’s natural beauty and environmental heritage. Known internationally as the “Garden of the Gods,” Corfu is showcased through the people and communities that work to preserve its unique character.

CASA LUCIA

Over ten days, a diverse network of gardens welcomes visitors, offering a rare chance to step inside spaces that are usually off-limits.

The journey includes historic gardens from grand estates, contemporary eco-conscious landscape designs with careful water management, along with productive farms, community spaces, and private gardens.

HOUSE OF THE HILL

The programme is complemented by themed walks, specialist workshops, and tastings of local produce, all designed to inspire visitors and deepen their appreciation of the island.

Visitors will also have the chance to talk with growers, artists, and volunteers who take inspiration from nature and actively care for Corfu’s environment.

Most gardens are open for just one day, usually between 10:00 and 15:00, with exact times provided in the official programme.

Because places are limited, advance registration is required for workshops and certain events.

This year’s festival supports the work of the “Melissa” Foundation.
