CORFU. Corfu - ΄Crf΄ as it is called in Serbian (minus the vowels)- is deeply ingrained in the consciousness of the Serbs, formerly Yugoslavians, as one of the birthplaces of their modern state.
Concert with the Old Philharmonic Society Symphony Orchestra at Capodistrias Museum

Film about Ioannis Capodistrias by Yannis Smaragdis
ATHENS. Following the legends of Theotocopoulos (El Greco), Cavafy and Kazantzakis, director Yannis Smaragdis will be making a film about the tragic first Governor of modern Greece. Part of the filming will naturally be done in Corfu.
