Three arrested for theft in Kavos

Three people were arrested in Kavos for two incidents of theft from holidaymakers.

In the first incident, two foreign nationals were arrested on Sunday 10 July after receiving a report that they, along with another person who is still being sought, stole a wallet and other personal belongings.

In the second incident, a Greek national was arrested early on Monday morning, 11 July, also for stealing a wallet, with most of the money being found in his possession.

All three were taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
