Four minors arrested for driving without a licence in Corfu and Paxos
CORFU. Their parents were also arrested for neglecting their supervision.
Four minors were arrested in Corfu and Paxos in the last 24 hours for driving without a licence.
In Corfu, two minors, aged 16 and 17, were located and arrested by officers of the DIAS Teams and the Road Accident Prevention and Control Units, as they were found driving a private car and a motorcycle, respectively, without a valid driving licence.
Additionally, in two other incidents in Paxos, local police officers arrested a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy for driving mopeds without a valid driving licence.
In all cases, the parents of the minors were also arrested, charged with neglecting the supervision of their children.
The case files formed against the arrested individuals will be submitted to the Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance of Corfu.
