A 62-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday (28/8) evening and charged with offences against pets and/or stray animals.
The man was arrested by police following reports that he poured petroleum over a dog on Eth. Palaiokastritsas Rd in Solari yesterday evening. He was interrogated and a fine of 30,000 Euros was imposed.
The 62-year-old was taken to appear before the Public Prosecutor.
