Environmental activities in Pelekas with participation of volunteers from America
CORFU. From Thursday to Saturday 5th July starting at 9:00 a.m.
Pelekas is getting ready once again to host an important environmental initiative with an international character.
Thanks to the initiative and coordination of the environmental organisation Green Pelekas, 25 teenage volunteers from the United States, along with their three accompanying teachers, will participate in three consecutive environmental care activities from July 3rd to July 5th.
The programme includes:

Thursday, July 3rd, 9:00–11:00: Cleaning the roads leading to the beach, with the meeting point at the Glyfada bus stop.

Friday, July 4th, 9:00–11:00: Cleaning Glyfada Beach.

Saturday, July 5th, 9:00–11:00: Recycling and a creative activity at the village’s small sports field.
The organisation invites all residents and visitors to join, bring friends and children, and share their love for nature and the local area.
Together, we can keep Pelekas clean, beautiful, and welcoming for everyone!
