CORFU. The number of arrivals at Corfu Port was even higher than 2019!
Corfu Central Port Authority announced the official number of arrivals for Easter this year, confirming the huge increase compared to 2022 and a new record.
The previous record was in 2019, with approximately 38,000 passengers - the number in 2022 came close but was just under that.
The figures for 2020 and 2021 were obviously not used for comparison due to the pandemic.
41,059 passengers arrived this year plus 9,029 vehicles, including 262 tourist coaches.
Compared to 2022, there was an increase of 38.28% in the number of passengers, 31.87% for vehicles and 38.62% for coaches.
