CORFU. Police conducted 986 checks in the Ionian Islands and found 64 violations.
Police have been carrying out checks to ensure that non-smoking laws are being adhered to.
Between Sunday 1 and Friday 13 May, there were 64 violations in the 986 premises checked by police in the Ionian Islands - 37 in Corfu, 14 in Zakynthos, 9 in Lefkada and 4 in Cephalonia.
