The installation of a Seatrac system at Benitses beach has been completed, as announced by the Ionian Islands Regional Authority. This system will facilitate access to the sea for people with mobility problems.
The Deputy Regional Governor for Social Policy, Solidarity & Volunteering, Theodoros Kontzialis, stated that the intention of the Ionian Islands Regional Authority is "to install such systems — essential for our fellow citizens with mobility difficulties — on as many beaches as possible."
