Piles of rubbish are accumulating outside the 6th Primary School.
Basins, wood and even mattresses that have started to 'sprout' have been dumped on the pavement.
The rubbish has not been at this particular spot for a long time, so judging by their condition, someone probably decided to get rid of the items after keeping them in a different location for some time, shifting the responsibility for their removal to the municipality.
