CORFU. Exhibition at the Ionian Bank Banknote Museum.
The Ionian Bank Banknote Museum is hosting an exhibition titled 'WOMEN. Greek Women Creators in the Alpha Bank Collection,' the opening of which takes place on Monday, 07/10 at 7:00 pm.
The exhibition features 46 representative works created by 41 women artists, unfolding an interesting journey from the late 19th century to the dawn of the 21st century.
At the opening, according to the press release, Alpha Bank's CEO Vassilis Psaltis, the Mayor of Central Corfu Stefanos Poulimenos, the Director of the National Gallery – Alexandros Soutsos Museum, Sirago Tsiara, as well as notable figures from the world of art will be in attendance.
The exhibition will run from 08/10/24 to 07/09/25.
