Man and woman arrested for theft

CORFU. The two people were taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
A 43-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested on Saturday morning, August 24th.
The perpetrators were located and arrested as the investigation revealed that on Friday, August 23rd, they initially stole a wallet from a civil service employee in the Corfu Town, which contained 87 euros, various personal documents, and a bank debit card, with which they subsequently made purchases from a shop.
The arrested individuals were taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
