Preparations underway for Corfu Carnival 2024

Our multi-faceted and creative Corfiot tradition in the town and rural communities alike is a unique way to promote and disseminate our special customs. Carnival satire remains alive, surviving through time and enriching itself. Dressing up, people's participation, creative activities for all ages, song, and dance make up the Corfu high spirits and fun.

The Municipality invites you to contribute this year by informing us of your local events (village, communities) as well as your participation in the parades on March 10th and 17th, in the town, by February 9th.

This also includes Clean Monday events, where they are being organised.

Please let us know the proposed date, the venue of the event, its content (brief description), as well as your participation in the parades, stating the theme and the number of participants in your groups.

Further announcements will follow with the programme of events from the Department of Culture, Sports & Young Generation, as well as guidelines for their conduct.
