CORFU. She was located by a search and rescue dog in an olive grove near her house.
The 87-year-old woman from Kouspades, who had been missing since Wednesday morning, 13/12, was located a short while ago.
The elderly woman was found by search and rescue dog in an olive grove near her house. According to available information, the woman, apart from some bruises she has, is in good health. However, for precautionary reasons, she was transferred to the Corfu Hospital for examinations.
The operation to locate her involved the Police, the Fire Department, the K9 Unit of the 5th EMAK (Special Disaster Response Unit) with a search and rescue dog, as well as the Corfu EMEP volunteer team.
