Workers΄ Centre and teachers΄ union collecting goods for earthquake victims

CORFU. Daily collections 09:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00.
The first set of goods has been sent to earthquake victims from Corfu Workers' Centre. Centre President Stamatis Pelais said, "We are continuing to collect goods to send with the next delivery. There are daily collections 09:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00 at the centre."
Teachers' Union
Corfu Secondary School Teachers' Union (ELME) is calling on all schools to help with the collection of humanitarian aid.
Union statement:
"NOW is the time to express our humanity and solidarity in a practical way to the people of Turkey and Syria who have suffered from the dreadful earthquakes. Only people can save other people.
Daily collections 09:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00 at Corfu Workers' Centre.
Every school can collect goods and bring them to the collection point at the times listed above.
We are collecting the following goods:
Blankets - powdered milk - baby and adult diapers - sanitary towels - laundry detergent - serums - bandages - bandaid - personal healthcare items"
