1st Nymphes Waterfall Trail 26 & 27 March

The 1st Nymphes Waterfall Trail is taking place on 26 and 27 March. To ensure the safety of those taking part, the organisers are collaborating with the Corfu branch of the Greek Search & Rescue Association (EEED), who will be positioned at various parts of the route, as well as Ionian Care medical clinic, who will be providing the ambulance stationed at the set-off point.

Aid stations:

For the 10km run there will be two aid stations at the 4km and 7km points offering water and isotonics.

For the 20km run there will be four aid stations. The first two at 4km and 7km will offer water and isotonics and the main station will be at 13km, at Nymphes waterfall. The final station will be at the 17km point at Agia Triada Monastery.

For the MTB run there will be an aid station at the 10km point with water and isotonics.

The following will be provided for runners:

- Changing rooms for males and females at Nymphes cultural centre in the village square.
- Showers at Nymphes playing field 700m from the square.
- Meal in Nymphes square at the end of the runs.
- The runs will be timed.
- Souvenir T-shirts will be given when the numbers are distributed.
- Souvenir medal for all those completing the runs.

Team members will be at Sessions Cafe in Liston from 19:00 to 21:00 on Friday 25th to hand out numbers to those taking part.

The run will set off from Nymphes square.
