As long as Covid measures are in place municipal services and dealings with members of the public will operate as follows:

- Only urgent matters will be dealt with.
- Contact will all municipal services must be by phone, e-mail or fax. If communication is by e-mail or fax, contact details must be included (e-mail & phone).
- If satisfaction of requests and issues is possible, this will be communicated via e-mail or fax.
- When the above is not possible and it is deemed to be absolutely necessary, then a visit in person must be arranged by appointment.
