CORFU. The Municipal Councillor responsible for voluntary work and leader of the ΄Kerkyra Psilla΄ party publically thanked the Corfu Scouts Civil Protection group.
Spyros Neratzis thanked the Corfu Scouts Civil Protection group for taking down and storing the tents they had put up outside the hospital a few days ago.
According to Mr. Neratzis, following the change in plans by the Corfu Hospital Administration the tents that had been erected by the scouts outside the hospital for coronavirus cases were no longer needed.
The scouts immediately removed the tents and took them to be stored at the Gouvia 'Stamatiou Desylla' children's summer camp, where they had come from.

There are certainly smiles and great pleasure at being able to play a part as a volunteer to implement part of a national plan!
If the plan changes and you remove what you have put up with the same smile, then you're a scout!
We would like to thank the Corfu Scouts Civil Protection Group for their work on the area outside Corfu Hospital - following the change in plans by the Corfu Hospital Administration the tents will no longer be needed.
On Tuesday 31 March the scouts not only took down all the tents, but also stored them at the Gouvia 'Stamatiou Desylla' children's summer camp.
