Diapontia Islands Deputy Mayors want tests to be carried out on Italian visitors

CORFU. The local Deputy Mayors for the Diapontia Islands have sent a letter requesting that visitors to the islands from Italy be tested.
The three Deputy Mayors are Dimitris Katehis from Othoni, Alexandros Katehis from Erikoussa and Vassilis Argyros from Mathraki.
They refer to information that Italians who have holiday property on the islands will be coming and point out that most of the local inhabitants are elderly and so belong to one of the groups that are vulnerable to coronavirus.
