CORFU. The Mayor of Central Corfu and the Diapontia Islands Meropi Ydraiou and the Municipal and Local Councillors of her party have condemned the act.
They have condemned the vandalism of the Corfu ND MP Stefanos Gikas' office with paint and spray cans.
"Social issues and demands are resolved with democratic dialogue at the proper institutional bodies and not by vandalism and attacks on buildings. We call on all the parties and members of the public to safeguard the principles of democracy and reject this type of anti-democratic behaviour."
