Penalty for illegal advertising of private yacht rental in Corfu

CORFU. Corfu Port Authority is imposing administrative sanctions against the private boat ΄Delicia΄ sailing under the Italian flag.
Following an inspection of the vessel's documents by Corfu Port Authority it was found that the boat advertises cruise rentals on an international website.
It is illegal for private recreational vessels, which are not commercially registered, to advertise with a view to customers renting the boat.
