CORFU. The packages were distributed for the August 15 celebration.
As part of their ongoing efforts to care for and support residents in need, North Corfu Municipal Social Services distributed 303 “Packages of Love” to families and vulnerable residents of the municipality as part of the activities marking the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (15 August).
The Municipality’s Social Services look out for citizens every day, providing support with discretion, respect and solidarity, identifying their needs and assisting those who require help.
The Municipality of North Corfu continues its social initiatives with consistency, demonstrating in practice that solidarity, humanity and social cohesion are fundamental values of our local community.
