Road accident in Tzavros on Saturday evening

Two cars were involved in a collision on Saturday evening, May 2, under circumstances that have not yet been clarified.

The accident involved two British nationals and a local female driver. The collision was severe, resulting in extensive material damage to both cars, while the force of the impact triggered the deployment of the airbags.

All three individuals involved were transported to Corfu General Hospital. According to initial reports, they were taken mainly as a precaution and to receive first aid, as there were reports of minor injuries caused by the deployment of the vehicles’ airbags.

Police came to the scene to manage traffic and collect evidence. The traffic police investigation unit has taken over the case in order to determine the causes that led to the collision between the two vehicles.
