Trapped driver, 75, has to be rescued after her car overturns in Afra

CORFU. The exact causes of the accident are being investigated by Corfu Traffic Police.
There was a road accident on Monday afternoon, just after 3:00 p.m., in Afra, when a car veered off course and overturned trapping the 75-year-old woman inside. The Fire Department was immediately called and rushed to the scene with three fire engines to free her. The driver was taken by ambulance to the General Hospital for first aid and further examinations.
